I was disappointed with my stay honestly. I’ve stayed there before in 2019 and it seems like a completely different experience. I didn’t appreciate how it didn’t really feel kept and attended to. The lobby area wasn’t welcoming or cleanly when we arrived. We had to wait when arrived, couldn’t immediately check in and go to room after getting off the road. The breakfast area seemed sloppy the next morning and not managed well. Also there was a big spot in the hotel room rug, confusing/inoperable lights and fair condition looking furniture in the room. I just wasn’t satisfied at all especially considering the price. I’ve stayed in better appealing places for less nightly. But the best thing about the hotel is its location. We had other options of course but stayed here because it’s near a lot of things like bahama breeze, home goods, academy, etc. which is very convenient.

Room had a front view of Madrid Park. Long scenetic balcony. Bathrooms and floors were clean. Breakfast was delicious. From 8 am to 10 am you can wnjoy a variety of fruits, delis, breads and sweets. Surroundings and elevators were kept clean. Restaurant on site had a variety of options. We tried their pizza twice and loved it. Their staff was also very hospitable. This hotel not only helped me obtain fast, trustworthy transfer from the airport to the hotel, but also helped me with ways to get tl the closest train station.

The hotel is very good overall. The only issue we experienced was light coming through the top part of the window at night. Even a small gap allows light into the bedroom, which affects sleep quality. A bedroom should be completely dark for a good night’s rest. Please consider fixing this, as blackout conditions are expected.
