Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 minutes to Skydive City, 20 minutes to Tampa and Busch gardens, 45 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to outlet mall and shopping, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Close to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the evening around the community ponds or play putt putt or basketball in the community park!
