At least one guest must be 55 according to association guidelines!! No unauthorized guests allowed. Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 minutes to Skydive City, 20 minutes to Tampa and Busch gardens, 45 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to outlet mall and shopping, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Close to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the evening around the community ponds or play putt putt or basketball in the community park! Stay in read a book or play cards or board games or watch a video with your family!!
