Charming and Bright Family Home
This beautiful house is located in the best spot of the city. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping mall nearby, this is the place to be! The space offers you everything you need to feel like home. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, one bathroom with a great shower that makes it cozy and pleasant. The living room has 65" tv with so you can watch your favorite series while cook your meals on the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Coffee lovers? don't worry! You have a beautiful coffee bar all for you and your friends. You will enjoy our the terrace, which offers a perfect space to read a book while enjoying the perfect weather. Close to Westfield mall, Winthrop Plaza where you can find good restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks and Ice cream shops!

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours. We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gathering.

While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with young children use the home at their own risk.
****NO SMOKING INSIDE**** Please refrain from smoking, Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
****NO PETS**** We loved pets but are not allowed in the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure to keep door shut (when not in use) during your stay to prevent insects from entering. Also, lock the door to the house when leaving at any time during your stay. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged personal property. We never want to charge guest extra for their stay however violation of the following rules will result in additional fees: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors on the property. There will be a $250 fee if guest smoke inside the unit. The standard cleaning fee covers normal clean up from a "courteous guest", any excessive dirtiness, spills, etc., or damage (whether from guest or unauthorized pets) will incur an additional $75 fee to compensate our housekeeper for additional time and effort. Before check out make sure to place all garbage in the trash can.

Perfect location for visiting family in Brandon
Exceptionally clean. Spacious living spaces with an awesome closed in porch. Roomy kitchen/dining. Friendly neighborhood. Walking distance from a great city park. Keyless entry made it convenient for us to come and go separately without keys to pass off. Comfortable beds and good lighting. Will definitely return for future stays!

The home is absolutely lovely and everything we needed as a family of four. All the basic necessities for a quick stay and the home is extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was seamless and the check in/out process simple. I highly recommend you consider this home.

My parents and my mother-in-law stayed at the property to attend my daughter's high school graduation. They said the beds were very comfortable and the overall layout of the home was perfect for elderly people. The location was perfect with nearby restaurants and stores.
