We paid for the unit on VRBO and we contacted by the property manager finally after numerous attempts to be told it was booked. He changed to another property for us on the resort property and it was not cleaned. Dirty moldy sheets in washer, moldy towels in dryer that were not dry. Spent the next 1 1/2 hr cleaning and washing sheets. The unit we were changed to did not compare to what we had booked (had stayed there before) and feel like we should be reimbursed for some because of the inferior unit that had to clean. Could not use the TV for the entire time because we did not have the password, contacted property manager several times that just told us it should be working. Overall a terrible experience.

Our stay

Bed linen had stains that looked like old blood and hair on bed. Linens were dirty also pillow cases. There wasn’t any extra linens that fit the bed. Had to cover the bed with towels. Went out to grab a late bite and couldn’t get back in with the code we were provided , the calls kept going to voicemail. Had to call the resort front desk.
