The reservation process was seamless, the information shared by the management company was good, the notebook with information about the unit was very helpful although we never did see the wifi information if that was included. The beds, pillows and towels were comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend Sunset Grill - great food and service and a view of the water! The view from the room balcony was nothing special, the other furniture was uncomfortable, and the game room on the premises was a joke. We didn't get to use the outdoor amenities because it rained so I can't comment on them. My biggest complaints are the bathroom fan that sounds like the space shuttle taking off when the light is turned on and the lack of "basic supplies." The one bar of soap was about the size of a half dollar so we had to go out and buy our own and the shampoo supplied was only enough for one hair wash.
