Mario was great with communication every time we reached out he was extremely quick to respond. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was good distance to all our activities epperson lagoon, Clearwater beach and adventure island. Location also close to many restaurants by the Tampa outlets!!

The house is super cozy! This is a perfect place for a family with older kids and younger kids too. The weather ruined our plans but luckily the house had everything we needed! Had an awesome stay at this property. Our host, Mario, was super communicative, and the house was perfect for 4 adults. Loved the backyard, pool, and hot tub as well as hanging out at the fire pit watching some football under the stars. Would absolutely stay again.
