This newly constructed, modern 4-bedroom home is just 1.7 km (1 mile) from Tamarindo Beach. The main house features three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, while a private guest house (fondly referred to as a 'casita' in Costa Rica) includes a fourth bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette. The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite bathroom. The guests bedrooms: one of them a queen-size bed and two twin beds the other one. Each room is equipped with modern amenities and designed for a restful night's sleep, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. The guest house has a queen bed and TV.

Tamarindo is a fun and active tourist area for all to enjoy. For this reason it’s also important to ensure you take proper precaution to secure your property and your personal items. This home secured and equipped with an alarm system, security, cameras with 24 hour surveillance. Please be sure to utilize these amenities during your stay.

**We manage multiple neighboring homes that are identical to this listing. We can accommodate larger parties, wedding groups, or events up to 30 people between the properties. Please send an inquiry for more information**

- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
•⁠ ⁠Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
