My reservation was “cancelled” by staff. I never stayed in a room at this Comfort Inn. I was forced to pay and stay at the Baymont hotel around the corner. Costing me hundreds of dollars in additional funds. And putting my bank account into a negative status for the first time in more than a decade. The staff at the Comfort Inn even called the local police to have me removed from the lobby after I refused to leave.
