Additional Sleeping Arrangement: Love seat converts into a full-sized bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

Entertainment: Living room features a big screen smart TV with free WiFi for entertainment and connectivity.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for added convenience.

Kitchenette: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses, plus a brand new GE convection toaster oven for cooking needs.

This cozy renovated studio apartment was very clean and very nice. We had a great time staying there. Alan was very helpful with any questions I had and his response time was excellent. This apartment is perfect for college game day rather it’s for FSU or FAMU. The commute is perfect, not long at all. You also are not far from grocery stores or workout facilities and dining.
