İşletme sahibi İsmail Bey ve çalışma arkadaşları gayet güler yüzlü ve isteklerinizi karşılıyor. Otel genel olarak temiz, yangın merdiveni, acil çıkış planları, alarm sistemleri, odalarda ve bina içinde yangın söndürme sistemleri mevcut. Aracı olmayan kişiler için, kayak merkezine çıkmak için ekstra ücret ile shuttle servisleri var. Genel olarak memnuk kaldık. Teşekkürler.
