I liked its mechanical toilet and cleanliness. The executive lounge is pleasing and staff are very helpful. However, the excess card to my room is always faulty. I have problem with the card each time returning to the room. The staff thought my card is placed together with my mobile phone which I did not.

Disappointed. The lobby looks very good and updated. But inside all the rooms are still in 30 year ago condition. Smell moldy and dusty. Very old and run down hotel. People smoke inside the room. Hotel did not put post or warning to remind guest no smoking allowed in the hotel or fined. Small swimming pool is not opened even the outdoor temperature hit 80 F.

I have stayed here more than a handful of times. The non-executive rooms looks like it could use a renovation since everything is dated compared to the lobby and the executive rooms which had been given a face lift. Room smells mushy and full of humidity as though room had been unoccupied for a while. it was well compensated by the very service oriented reception and house keeping who brought in a dehumidifier to be used for our 3 nights. Thanks again.

Hotel located near to 2 subway stations. Cleanliness is top notch and staff are friendly. Breakfast was always crowded so avoid peak hours if possible. Driveway of hotel posed as a hazard for young children as valets reserve cars into unmarked lots stepping on accelerator. I had to pulled my children to safety on two nights while walking back to the hotel. Reflected this to manager, hopefully they will have clear signs up and also well trained valet to look out for safety of pedestrians.
