Not once in the three days and two nights we were there did housekeeping check to see if we needed anything or wanted our room clean, toilet was too far to the ground. I am in a wheelchair and had a very hard time getting back into my chair. Definitely was not a wheelchair accessible room the bathroom sink is clogged. The entire time has soapy, nasty water falling onto us had a very hard time getting around the room. That bed my lumpy could not wait to get back home and into my bed. No internet access also, my son had to sleep on the floor and we were not given anything extra as far as pillows or blankets will not stay at this property again.

The hotel looked dated. The bathroom was especially bad. There were three holes in the ceiling above the toilet, the walls had some sort of white splatter on it and the shower head was rusty. The room was clean, but the furniture looked like it had better days.

Everything was fantastic! the mini fridge was leaking water on the carpet so it smelled like mildew BUT when i told the staff they covered my parking charge so it’s all good!
