They Canceled an hour prior to checking in

After an all day drive across the state we got about an hour away with no contact so I messaged the host. Finally being asked to cancel on my end because they had guests that hadn’t left and an ant problem. Extremely overwhelming start to a big weekend for our family!

Zero Amenities

For a week long stay we only had 1 roll of toilet paper. A single towel and rag for each of us. There is no washer or dryer, no extra soap. The door would sometimes be manually locked which made it where the code didn’t always work. Towel rack broken in bathroom. I would’ve like to see a complimentary basket of some sort with tips about Tacoma, some warnings, snack or two for after the flight.
