The pool was dirty. The mattress was worn out. I could feel the coils. The property was nice on the surface but it felt like it wasn't cared for.
Location is great, exceptional staff, rooms are great.
Low signal of WiFi (including bedroom and conference room) No buffet style meals included But the food provided by the separate cafe located on the Ground floor is great Considerate service could be improved such as lending service of UK electronic adapter...I think it should a foundational service to hotels for tourists unfortunately they failed to provide.... and no delicate bathing supplements such as cotton stick and shaver
We chose the hotel for its convenient location. The room was pleasing and the services were just okay. The gym was basic but served our needs.
This was a great place for us. The small kitchen amenities and the washer and dryer were a wonderful help to us. It was also a perfect location for our trip to Hillsong.

Dear J, Thank you for your review on Adina Apartment Hotel Norwest. Unfortunately as the hotel does not own or run its own restaurant we are unable to provide meals to our guests, however all apartments have kitchens so guests can prepare their own meals or alternatively the café on ground floor is available Monday till Friday for guests to dine at. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to be lent an adapter, we definitely do have these available however a limited number which may have already been lent out at the time of asking.
