Sam the front desk host was amazing and so nice! We loved him. He made our stay fun. :)

Great location! Near Healthy Nuts, cafe and store that had excellent vegan food. Also very close to Thai Power.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with assisting with tours and information. The other hostel guests were nice and friendly.

i had a terrible experience. the hotel manager was rude to me. another hostel staff was rude. he even accused me of stealing and never apologised for his mistake. he was rude proud and arrogant. i did not get my complementary shuttle to get dropped off at the hostel. the process was complicated. the washer and dryers did not work. i wasted my money. the rooms were smelly and mouldy. some of the guests were okay but people were very snobbish. only the french lady at the desk was nice and helpful and the guy that arranges the club outings. i had my key and was trying to check into my room. i got stopped by the idiot at the desk who started shouting at me in an attempt to humiliate me. he asked for my id and proof that i am the owner of the room. his manager had already told me to just go to my room which i told him. he is power hungry and needs to get a life beyond haraasing the guests.the dryer does not work in the mens restrooms. there was no ironing board on my floor. it was a horrible place. i would never go back even if they paid me to.

YEs its a backpackers. It was clean enough & the private rooms were plenty large enough. Dont understand peoples lower reviews. The best price in town for a room & you should know you get hat you pay for in general. In this case I felt lke we got just a little more. They have scheduled outings/activities daily. It's not a crazy party hostel as there are signs everywhere no drinking or loud noise after hours. Great staff!
