Dúplex de nivel superior en el encantador pueblo de Suttons Bay. A solo cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas y la bahía. ¡Imagínese simplemente salir por la puerta y no tener que conducir su automóvil! Este 3 dormitorios 1. 5 baños hogar acoge hasta 6 personas con 2 camas queen y 1 cama matrimonial. Cocina completa con lavavajillas y lavadero independiente. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación y también tiene ventiladores. Sábanas y toallas incluidas.

Pequeña sala de estar afuera. También hay una parrilla de gas. ¿No tienes ganas de cocinar? Suttons Bay tiene algunos muy buenos restaurantes. El VI, Martha’s Table y North Country son solo algunos de los que debes visitar. Hop Lot Brewery está a solo unas cuadras de distancia. Puede comprar alimentos, ir al teatro Bay o disfrutar de divertidas boutiques. Mercado de agricultores todos los sábados hasta el otoño. El sendero Leelanau, que viaja desde Suttons Bay hasta Traverse City, es perfecto para aquellos que desean andar en bicicleta, caminar o correr en un sendero pavimentado seguro. Brief stay with elderly parents

Beautiful property exactly as described in listing. We were ever so comfortable during our stay. My parents, in their 90’s were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.

Shared space?

We woke up one morning to a woman in our kitchen. She lived downstairs and was trying to get into the garage to get her car. She said this was the only access? And cannot park anywhere else. The same couple living downstairs, on many occasions we experienced them lurking around the property. A very uneasy feeling. Would recommend to the owners to make it clear to renters that the downstairs renters have access to the rental property.

Three adequate bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Needs garbage disposal. Outdoor areas need attention. Furniture & deck need to be swept & cleaned. Very busy & noisy street. Perfect for walking to town.

Sunshine cottage was cute clean close to everything. Great food beach wineries golf course We have family on Lake Leelanau just a few miles away. Fishtown best chowder !The couple that lives below are sweet . Highly recommend staying here. The Heltons

Really Nice place

House clean, comfortable, upgraded linens, and furniture—nice touch. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Property really conveniently located—It’s about a 10 minute walk to beach and not more than 20 minute drive to Traverse City and other quaint towns along coast.

Spacious and convenient location

Loved our stay at this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and the Leelanau Trail. Kitchen was very well stocked for meal preparation and deck was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Great location but communication was unpleasant

The property is in a great, walkable location, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, I found that the communication left by the host was not very pleasant. The literature in the home reminded us MULTIPLE times to be quiet for the tenants downstairs, it seemed a little overkill. Also I received multiple texts to roll the garbage can to the curb even though my family hadn't put any garbage in it, and one of them threatened that we would be fined if we didn't roll the can to the curb, and I was wondering why the tenants that lived there couldn't take care of rolling their trash themselves. The drier didn't work, we were informed by the downstairs tenant (who by the way was very nice), but I wondered why the host didn't tell us that since clearly she was aware. Also, instead of having any tourist brochures, there was an extensive inventory of every artwork, dish, utensil, and linen and I got the impression it was to warn us not to steal anything. The literature said we had to leave the house as clean as we found it and that we needed to clean throughout our stay there. It all was a little too much! We have rented dozens of vacation homes, have a 5-star rating on airband, and have never experienced communication like this from a host.

Good choice in a good location

This house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and attractive decorations. The yard offers multiple chairs to sit under large shady trees, although the street is busier than expected. And you can walk to just about everything in lovely Suttons Bay. The management company is easy to work with.

Suttons Bay was adequate. Three simple bedrooms a kitchen and living space. Clean. The chefs knife was returned to the knife rack with some sort of jelly on the handle. Certainly not the end of the world but indicates the cleaning lacks some attention to detail. What else was "skipped"? We need to press a couple of suits for a wedding. Ironing board - no iron. Washing machine - no dryer. Check out instructions state wash the dishes, dry, and return to cupboard. No dishwasher detergent. Why are we paying for cleaning if we have to do the dishes. Nice envelope for tipping the cleaning person was not neglected, however.

Such a great little house

We really enjoyed this cute/nicely decorated house. It served our needs perfectly. However, I wish I could have received the check-in information sooner. I was starting to worry. Also, there was a musty smell in the house. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Good Spot

I'll start by saying that I don't give five stars unless a place is perfect. Suttons Bay Sunshine isn't perfect, but it is very good. There was a slight miscommunication about the grill (there is an old Weber charcoal grill available, whereas we had been told there was a propane grill on the property...not a big deal, but good to know accurately and ahead of time). It's not much to look at from the outside when you pull up, and there was the faintest hint of mustiness when we headed inside, but otherwise it was great for what we needed. I was there with some friends for a cycling weekend, and it was a great home base. It was very clean and everything besides the grill was just as we expected. While it's not on the water, downtown Suttons Bay is just short walk away, which we appreciated. It's also a quick 20 minute drive to Traverse City, which was a nice balance as well. Overall, we had a very good experience, and I would stay here again.

Wedding weekend

Perfect location for wedding at Two K farms. Love the walking trail 3 blocks from house and beach and grocery store 4 blocks from house. The caretakers that live in lower level are very nice. I think you need to add in the listing that the caretakers share the laundry room with us. We were quite surprised to see a very nice woman at the washing machine while we were eating breakfast. We would have kept the glass door separating the kitchen from laundry room closed, had we know, especially with children who haven’t been vaccinated yet. We will definitely recommend this house to friends to stay. Loved it!!! I also recommend you put ceiling fans in bedrooms and a garbage disposal in kitchen. Otherwise, everything was great!!!!

Spacious house to enjoy the area and relax

The house is in a great location, walking or biking distance to downtown Sutton's Bay. We were only a group of 3 so there was plenty of space for us to relax throughout the house. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. We enjoyed sitting outside in the front yard and relaxing in the evening. We also enjoyed playing Scrabble, which was in the house along with other games, books and puzzles. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to use after coming back from a day at the beach or climbing dunes. The house is next to the Leelanau Trail which we hopped on to tour the area by bike. We did have an issue trying to get the TV/cable to work (which did not get resolved) but that was our only issue during our stay. I would reiterate what other reviews mentioned, which is that the house is actually rented out through Visit Up North Vacation Rentals, who will be the ones you contact and need to sign a lengthy and detailed contract with before you receive confirmation and check-in instructions for the rental.
