Certainly large enough for myself and two friends: three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Only a few minutes easy drive to downtown Suttons Bay, the local grocery store Hanson's, coffee shop, restaurants, the Leelanau Trail to Traverse City, Hop Lot Brewery. The house is located on Suttons Bay itself and the water view is the equal or better of views we have had on Big Glen Lake and Lake Michigan. Definitely would stay again at this property.

This home is a great location to all things Suttons Bay and close to a lot of other cities to visit, Traverse City, Leland, etc. it is awesome to walk right out to your own personal dock and water features. We (esp. my 3 kids) really loved the kayaks and paddleboards available at the property and a floating platform moored off the dock for floating or whatever you wanted. The view from the master bedroom is unmatchable! Waking up to the sound of the waves and the cool breeze is awesome! They have a giant blackstone on the deck we loved cooking breakfast and dinner on while watching the sunset. We had good contact with the owner and property manager to correct a few things and found out it was a new rental property for the owner and things are being updated regularly. The only thing I would say to be advised there is no AC. Some people won’t care as it is a true “lake house”, but my family are delicate and really needed the fans provided throughout the house. Overall, great place and def would return!

Would not select if u want a dock to use for water activities

Dock was not together when at stay fir 3 days. The picture was not accurate on the booking site.The part of dock in water was so unstable.Big disappointment. That was only problem.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay. Definitely an added perk to have a float out on the lake for the kids to use. And a mooring ball to connect the boat. Very comfortable beds and living space. Only note would have been that you can tell there’s a dog that visits because there was a significant amount of white dog hair around. But that was the only thing. (Also… to be fair we are just not dog/cat people)
