The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy. Evolve has refused to communicate with me about the situation. Issues include: Dead bugs everywhere, many live bugs also, pubic hair on toilets and in bathtubs, urine stains on toilets, dirty kitchen counters, sticky table, cobwebs, dust, dirt/gravel on stairs and floors, dirty refrigerator, clumps of hair stuck to baseboards, some unknown debris all over the couch. Additionally- The description of the property is very deceiving, it should be revised. The lake is far from the house and not as shown in picture. Between the house and the lake there is a gross swampy area littered with garbage, old broken down boat docks, and a ton of mosquitos. Extremely disappointing situation - Ruined our vacation
