"From the onset the front office staff at the welcome desk was incapable of checking us in without friction. The lady who showed us the room was very apathetic ans seemed uninterested in helping us in a professional manner.
The restaurant staff also made us feel like we were in their way. They refused us to sit where we like and insisted that we sit on an 'appropriate' table suited for our family. There was also not a good view in the restaurant which made it feel very enclosed. In the evenings, there is a dress code, but the waiters looks unneat themselves (dirty shioes etc).
The room was fine.
There are better value propositions in Mauritius. Avoid if you can."
