Second time at Heritage Le Telfair. Overall value for money, but we did experience some things thst were not ok: First hotel room stinked of sewage. Got to switch but took three hours. Concierge service were very bad this time. Very reactive and not helpful, had to ask 2-3 times before anything happended. Worst thing was that they messed up our transfer to the airport. First, they told us we would get a confirmation upon arrival, we asked for it and nothing came. We asked for it again 3 days later and then they asked us for a confirmation regarding someone else. Asked them to fix it and confirm and they did. I got a bad stomack feeling and asked last day in the reception. They had messed up again! If we did not take this into our own hands we would have lost our flight back home and lost our business trip tickets. Very disappointed!

Well run friendly atmosphere. Excellent setting with great amenities. Couldn’t fault the dining options, we ate at all their restaurants & tried 3 of their ones on offer next door at Awali. Activities on offer were varied & interesting (men enjoyed their golf). We’ve previously been to Mauritius 7 times before but never to this hotel, it’s up their as one of our favourites.
