Over the tired hotels or used up properties at the beach? That won't happen here. This condo had a complete redo from floor to ceiling during winter 2018. Modern, calm beach colors and comfortable furniture make this the ideal place to stay. We also include all linens at no extra fee!
The new, modern kitchen has granite counter, cabinets with soft close doors and drawers with a full appliance suite for your cooking needs. It is stocked with everything that you need to make a quiet meal at home if you choose. We have the necessary toaster, blender and Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee, condiments and breakfast snack.
The bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress, TV and a private balcony out the new rear sliding door. There is a beautiful live oak tree shading this cozy reading or coffee/wine drinking oasis.
The open concept living area contains a 50 inch TV and queen sleeper sofa with memory foam topper. You won't know its a sofa! Ample seating is available for up to 8 if you make a new friend on the beach. There is a private courtyard off the living area with outdoor seating. Open the gate and it is mere steps to the pool.
Leave your car parked in the shade under the live oak trees and walk to all that Surfside Beach has to offer. The sand, pier, Surf Diner, River City Cafe, Neal and Pam's, Sundown and Bubba's Fish House are all within blocks. Take an evening stroll for ice cream at the pier. Surfside park, library, public tennis courts and farmer's market are 2 blocks.
You won't want to leave!

This rental is in a perfect location! Walk to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s very clean and well equipped with everything you need! It’s our second time staying here and I’m sure we will be back!

Incredible Stay!!!

We loved our Spring Break getaway here! It was our first time to Surfside Beach and this place spoiled us. The little details in the stay - having snacks, coffee, toiletries, cleaning supplies - to the location was WONDERFUL. Once we got there, we didn't have to leave. Everything we needed was there and the beach was only 2 blocks away. Tanya checked in on us after a couple days and was very responsive. Hubby has already said that I need to bookmark this stay and add to our rotation.

Tanya's condo was very comfortable to stay in. It is nicely renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pristine and we had all the basic amenities that we needed. Check-in was easy and Tanya was always quick to respond to any questions both leading up to and during our stay. I would definitely check the availability of this condo the next time I'm in the Surfside area!

Heaven by the beach

To say our little vacation was perfect is an understatement. The check in was a breeze - Tanya communicated by phone prior and during the stay, making sure we knew all the details of the stay. The proximity to the beach and the restaurants was amazing! A couple minutes to the beach and dining ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner options! Our room was immaculate and we were provided with absolutely every possible accessory or utility we would possibly need for the beach and for daily cooking and cleaning in the condo. I would absolutely recommend this location and host and experience.

Fun at Surfside Beach SC

The property was very clean and well stock with anything we could wish for. We loved the location, not on the beach, but 2 short blocks back in a quiet lovely neighborhood. We used the pool daily. Not real big but a refreshing plunge. There was a beautiful little park just up the street and several nice Restaurants within walking distance. The beach area was nice. We parked ourselves right next to the new Surfside Pear. The owners were very nice and easy to work with and were understanding with any unforeseen circumstances that might come up. When we had a question they got back to us very quickly. We hope to stay there again next year, Lord willing.

Palmetto Paradise

Very enjoyable, relaxing experience. Best of all worlds. Beautiful ocean and salt water pool. One of the few properties with shade trees. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Looking forward for completion of the pier for fishing.

Cozy Getaway by the Beach

This is a very welcoming 1bedroom, 1 bath with all the amenities to feel like home. The welcome basket with snacks in the kitchen was a plus for getting in late. The bathroom basket was a nice touch as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone that needs a little getaway and some rest. We will return again.

Great Place!

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location. This condo is stocked with everything you would possibly need and more. Totally enjoyed the salt water pool and private outdoor areas. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and seeing the unit they are currently renovating. A truly talented couple. We are hoping to return and stay in that unit. The location is great. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance.
