The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager would greet everybody at breakfast and talk with them. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. I spent one morning there working on my computer.

Great Location

This hotel was only ready in Oct 2013. Most of the taxi drivers are still unaware of this hotel and about an hour from the international airport. The Giant Supermarket within 100m hence became a very identical place to locate the hotel. New hotel, that was the best of all and the qaulity service provided my the hotel staffs. There are meter taxi avaialble and you may just request the hotel staff for assistance. The breakfast had limited of choices but would still suggest this hotel.

It was okay...book hotel ini karena lagi ada promo. Bagi yang punya mobil, parkiran tersedia. Jadi masih bisa tetap jalan ke area lain di Surabaya. Kalau lagi malas nyetir, ada nearby foodstall dan supemarket to buy food, snacks and stuffs
