Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, the home features a main floor Coral Room with two queen beds, a main floor Tulip Room with one queen bed, and a private King Suite upstairs with its own full bathroom. A second full bathroom on the main floor provides added convenience for groups and families.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open living areas, a fenced backyard with patio & firepit, and a 2-car garage. Whether you're visiting for work, family time, or a North Shore adventure, you'll appreciate the convenient location near Canal Park, the Duluth waterfront, local dining, shopping, and area attractions while returning each evening to a quiet neighborhood retreat. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for the pet fee of $27 (covers an additional 1/2 hour of cleaning). Please no cats as we have severe cat allergy in our family. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our stay with our dogs in Superior. The fenced in yard made things easy for a couple country dogs not accustomed to leashes. Everything was as described. Super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
