Spacious and light-filled 6/21 Park Crescent in Sunshine Beach is a home away from home. Recently renovated and refurbished this stylish 3-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort and is a stone's throw from the beach.
Set across one level on the middle level of the complex this apartment represents fantastic value for the price, style and location. It is big enough for the whole family and has fabulous sea views from the sunny north-facing balcony.
The main living area opens out onto a spacious balcony with stacking doors that can be pushed back to let the ocean breeze through. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is comfortable dining for 6. While there is no BBQ in the apartment there is an electric grill in the kitchen.
The master bedroom with a king-size bed also opens out onto the balcony - enjoy your morning cuppa and stunning sunrises or simply relax at the end of the day. A spacious ensuite with double vanities and a shower completes this space.
Two more beautifully decorated bedrooms, with a Queen and 2 x Singles respectively, are at the rear of the apartment with peaceful leafy outlooks. These rooms share a second bathroom with a shower and hip bath.
Guests have access to the complex pool and there is lift access to the apartment.
There is also an exclusive lock-up storeroom, located in the garage, for guests to use. It can fit surfboards, bikes beach essentials, and any other items needing safe storage.

Stunning views & lovely facilities close to local eateries. Easy to access with elderly family due to lift & large rooms. Only disappointment was that TV kept glitching throughout our stay - it wasn’t possible for my dad (88) to watch the AFL grand final with his grandson. We had called twice the day before to alert management to the ongoing problem & only received vague platitudes - no action or assistance.

Incredible place, immaculate with views
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!
It was immaculate and stylish, but also kid-friendly and toddler-safe.
The views were incredible.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Two couples and two kids stayed here with comfort and ease, everyone had their own space.
It was a short stroll to the beach, shops, cafes in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.
The owners were very helpful when we needed to overstay at a pinch.
Overall couldn’t fault this place, 10 out of 10 !
