We had booked with another resort a little further down from Ivory Palms. However, upon arrival, we were told that due to some misunderstanding, much to our disappointment, our booking had been cancelled! To make things even worse, we found out the Noosa Triathlon was on and just about everything had been booked out! Several phone calls later, things were sorted out at last and accommodation was found at Ivory Palms. Tired from all that kerfuffle, all we wanted do was to check in, relax and unwind. And that we did! Thankfully, the friendly staff at Ivory Palms made us feel at home and checking in was a breeze! Our room was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. There was even a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens and pond, and we enjoyed having a meal or a drink there. The kitchen was fully equiped and the bathroom featured an unusual circular shower over a spa. There were three gorgeous pools, but our favourite was the salt water one, which I personally used nearly every morning. We had a couple minor issues with a faulty electric cooker and a broken iron board, but they were both replaced within half hour of reporting. Our seven day stay at Ivory Palms was very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.
We rented a two bedroom apartment reception was fantastic from check in to check out! Great facilities great family friendly place to stay at Noosaville! Close to shops and not far to Noosa Beach!! A great escape
Great resort with plenty of ideas to enjoy within the accommodation grounds including pools, spa and sauna. The games room, jumping pillow and tennis court also keep you and your kids entertained. Distance from Noosa Beach is an easy 5 minute drive and its local Noosaville shops have plenty of options for dining. Rooms are well appointed (stayed in a 2 bedroom townhouse) and have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended to stay and will stay again the next time we venture back to Noosa!
Great place to stay. Great location and wonderful ammenities. Pools are beautifully kept as are the gardens. We had a 1 & 3 Br for our family and the 3 Br was just beautiful. The 1 Br needed a little updating but both lovely and clean. Highly recommend Ivory Palms.
Charming place with a great location, there is something for everyone and it is just a short walk from the river and the community centre. The pools are always available to cool off in and the air pillow is a perfect way for kids to burn off some steam
We were staying 3 nights in Ivory Palms which was perfect to explore Noosa. The reception was extremely helpful with extras that we wanted! We liked the style of this village style resort, had nice neighbors, liked the self contained apartment and will come again!
Friendly staff. Offered a late checkout which made a big difference as it had been raining heavily when we checked in. The next day was fine so we were able to enjoy the resort and not have to rush. We will be back
We have returned after a year - and once again, this resort is value for money. This year we stayed in a 3 bedroom poolside unit - and it was worth it. Easy access to everything - we just wish the cafe was open for more dinners.
Had a lovely stay at the Ivory Palms in Sept, myself and my wife got married in Brisbane the same day so we'd picked ivory palms for a 4 day break with the family , we arrived so we arrived a bit later in the day and collected our keys from the safe outside reception with no problems, we stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouse (9) with the rest of family ,very nice and loads of space, close to heated pool which was great for the grandaughter, we had a lovely family meal in the restaurant on the last night , staff where all lovely and friendly and the food was lovely (so much that we've had to find a place that does wood fired pizza in Glasgow at the request of my youngest for his 16th birthday meal this weekend) the resort itself is in a great area ,lots of places close or a short drive/bus journey away(bus stop across from main entrance) also if your hungry and restaurant is closed ,there's a lovely little fish market across the road from entrance that do a great fish and chips
I had booked dates in September holidays for myself and two sons but booking.com had changed the dates to October which I did not realise until we arrived. The staff were lovely and got us a room. The room was lovely the pools were great and we had dinner at the cafe one night and the pizza was awesome. My sons loved the place.
