Where do I start? At the beginning I guess. I arrived at around 1 in the afternoon and was very ready to check in and go out exploring Noosa. I was disappointed to find that although they had started check in they had three lists of check in times. My name was on the list of people allowed to check in at 2:30 and as I didn't really want to walk to the beach to stay there for 30-45 mins and then come back to check in I waited. When I finally got to check in the eight person room I was in had no lockers so I constantly had to carry all my valuables with me. The toilet doesn't have a sink so you have to walk from one end of the room to the other to wash your hands. There's no bin in the toilet either so if you want to throw something you once again have to walk to the bathroom. I woke up one morning with two spiders next to my face, and there were lots of cobwebs in the corners. We also had a dead cockroach in our bathroom. The shower door was moldy and there was only the one shower in the room so the queue in the mornings was huge. I saw no communal showers at all. The rooms have windows that close and some that don't. These windows let in a lot of noise. Especially if you face the parking lot, as I did. It's generally a very loud hostel with people screaming everywhere. The free wifi is rubbish. But I think the worst thing is the kitchen. It is way too small and understocked. One toaster that you have to wait for ages for, too few plates and cutlery, not to mention only two sinks so washing up takes ages. It's no wonder the kitchen looks like an absolute disgrace when you have to wait for 30 mins to clean a plate. There are too few places to sit in the kitchen as well. If it's raining and you can't sit outside there's just not enough room in the kitchen. I'll definitely stay somewhere else if I come back to Noosa. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the people at reception and at the travel desk are really nice and friendly.

Nomads is situated in the center of Noosa so beach and everything you need is just few minutes walk away. Big hostel with good facilities and nice pool area and beach volley court. Beds were comfy and clean. We would recommend Nomads in lovely city of Noosa.

Nomads Noosa is in general a nice hostel. It got friendly staff and a really nice pool. It’s close to restaurants and supermarket. They hostel offers nice cheap food as well. When that’s said, the rooms and kitchen could use a makeover. The rooms are fine, but over half of the power outlets doesn’t work - which is quite annoying. The kitchen is a fine size, but there a lot of missing equipment and a lot of flies flying around. There is free WiFi near the reception and you can buy WiFi in the rooms. I did that, but it was too slow to use, so that’s waste of money. Overall it’s an okay hostel, which I would recommend to friends. It could be good with a few renovations though.

All is well here, no major ups or downs, everybody friendly and there are good parties in the bar. Pool and beachball field and all the usual other facilities. Keep up the good work, can recommend to anyone!

Cleanliness and comfort of rooms and shower was good, hostel is vert lively and makes it easy to meet people with the pleasant outside areas. The food served at the bar is awesome for the price and the staff is great. Very well located in Noosa to access the city, beach and national park in a walking distance. Only issue: the music at the bar is terribly bad... to my opinion.

Even being in Noosa in the off-season, Nomads had a great vibe. The bar has special events/deals each night, lots of people are always hanging out on the patio, and there's a pool in the yard. The hostel was clean and staff were nice.

I stayed at Nomads for two nights and there a few things that I hated about it. The kitchen is tiny which makes it impossible to cook and wash anything up without having to stand around to wait to use the facilities. The kitchen had lots of cockroaches running around and the kitchen was disgusting. The rooms are small and hot, the rooms have air con but it is controlled by the staff. The air con only comes on for two hours at night and two hours in the morning and in a 10 bedroom dorm it gets extremely hot so I was unable to sleep. The rooms are grotty and smelly and the showers look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price you pay. The YHA in town is much cleaner and nicer.

The rooms are very crowded and have more beds in them than they probably should. The welcome drink was nice but the bar was quite loud and close to some of the sleeping rooms. If you like to wake up early to get started on your day, this is not a place for you unless you want angry, hungover, roommates. Friendly staff though!

This hostel is a pretty average hostel with a bar, kitchen, laundry, pool. It was nice that they had free parking for our car (though it does fill up fast). The thing is it is a bit over priced. At 30 bucks for a 18 person dorm room that is a hella steep for not being in a big city or super nice hostel. Just not really worth the price. Also the kitchen is super small for how many people stay there. I had to wait to do everything...cook, clean, get a fork (couldn't find any so I had to use a spoon)

The hostel has a good location close to Noosa Main beach. The bathroom is not good (the shower was not working with hot water) but in general the place is ok. Check in is quite long and the girl who works in the front desk is bored, not friendly.
