The keysafe approach to arrivals after 5pm wasn't a great start to our stay. Someone on the end of the phone had no idea about the nearest supermarket. Receptionists were friendly and helpful the next day. Our apartment was spacious but furnishings were not of high quality and seemed quite old. Kitchen not brilliantly equipped for self catering. The pool is small and the sauna/steam room very smelly and slow to heat up. It was fine for a short stay and other apartments may have been better furnished. Wouldn't rush to stay again.
From the moment on arrival, we were greeted with such kind and professional staff. Oh and our room.. we were put in the Laguna bay suite no.157. First off, it was spotless and smelled so clean. This apartment is fabulous! The couches and beds are so comfortable. I honestly felt at home here. We stayed over a week and I can't believe how comfortable we are here. This is the perfect location for us. Walking distance to the junction and Hastings..love it! And I love sitting on the balcony looking out to the ocean watching the whales out there
This is the 4th time we have stayed here. Love it. Great location, always get good room with balcony overlooking pool. Large pool, spa/sauna area. Great lounge area overlooking pool, in sun, can sit and read etc. Sue and all staff super helpful. We will ve back to escaoe Melbourne winter. Thanks guys.
Spent 1 night here for my daughters birthday. There were 4 of us in a 2 bedroom unit. Fantastic! Better than expected. Large lounge, Large tv (Which surprised us), Great sized kitchen and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a fantastic size. The unit was very clean. It also had a small laundry. I would easily recommend for anyone staying either a short or a long stay holiday. Plenty of room. The large balcony overlooking the pool was awesome. Staff were very friendly. Thanks very much.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandra and Sue thank you. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. I had a very relaxing time. I will be returning soon... this was a very nice discovery.
The hotel is in aged condition and not worth a cent of your money. The staff are rude and not helpful or kind. Horrible service overall we will be letting everyone know not to come here to be treated poorly and to stay in a dirty hotel.
We spent 3 nights over Easter and it was our first time in Noosa. The location is great, right between the Junction and Hastings Rd. Our apartment was very spacious (2 bedroom apt) and it was a renovated one. The only downside was that it was ground-floor, so we had to keep the shutters in the our bedroom always closed. Besides that and considering that the place was sold out, we enjoyed staying there. The customer service was great, very kind and trying to satisfy every request. I guess compared to other resorts in the area, this one is not luxury, but our apartment was super clean and had everything we need. The resort also has a underground covered parking, sauna, steam room, heated pool and a common area. It's good value for money. Also, the position is really good, since you're few minutes away from both the Junction, where there are some nice restaurants and also the convenience store and Hastings Road, the tourist area, with the main beach access. You can definitely walk there and we highly recommend this since cars were always stuck on the road to the beach car park. Last thing to know: no internet in the units, but there is free wifi in the common/pool area.
For a family that relies on a good pool for the young kids, this place served us wonderfully. For the price paid, the resort was good. Not great... just good. We booked a superior room for a week and were disappointed. There was little 'superior' about it to be honest. From the dated bathroom with little to no shower pressure... to the bizarre at best 'venetian' themed decor, we'd call it firmly 1990's superior,.. definitely not 2017 superior. We've never been to a 'resort' where one 'hires' pool towels at $2.50 a pop... so this may be somewhat reflective of the clientele this 'international' resort caters for,... but we think that's a bit rich. Overall, very dated but good for the price.
Location was great. Only 2 mins drive to the popular Hastings St. Located in a cul-de-sac environment. Rooms were okay. The bathrooms needed maintenance. They have 2 pools and spa which are not that busy. Their restaurant isn't open anymore. Alright for a short visit.
I was staying twice in Noosa International Hotel. Once for one night in Room 134B. A nice appartement with a sunny balcony (smoking allowed). Furniture a bit outdated, but all you need is there. Wifi only on the hotspot at the pool area possible. On my second stay I had Flat No 156. A very comfortable and nicly furnished living area with a balcony and even sea-view. The wash mashine was most appreciated. The bed room was again a bit outdated but the bed was o.k.; the bathroom big but old. Extremely friendly staff!
