Yet again we had a wonderful time at this hidden jewel. Sue and Sandra, the front of house staff, are always so lovely and helpful which makes your stay so pleasant. The resort itself is spacious and impeccably maintained. Our room had been completely refurbished since we were there 8 months before. I can definitely recommend this resort and we will be back in August. Part of its charm for us is it’s 5 mins walk from the craziness of Hastings St. So nice to just have the tranquility we enjoyed.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment overlooking smaller pool. Spacious and clean but not very cosy (lights too bright) and kitchen a bit basic and in need of updating. Surprised there was no wifi in the apartment (only available in reception area). 15 min walk to beach, short walk to supermarket and restaurants.

We booked into here after looking at the photos thinking it would be top notch, when we arrived our room was very out dated, and a little bit dirty although the bed, shower and toilet was clean - and that's the main thing! The kitchen was mostly clean but a few crumbs and stuff in draws which made us not want to use the utensils.. they need to change the curtains in the room as every time you touch them they would stain your clothes with grey stuff or white powder, easily fixed by opening them once and not touching them again. The pools though were beautiful! They sparkled and were very inviting, even at a perfect temperature! Location was good, 10minute walk into Noosa Heads, mostly downhill but that does mean walking back up the hill to get home. Service at the front desk was great! Full of information, helpful and polite. Will we stay again? Yes I would as there's not much for this price so close to Noosa Heads.. I'd just request a more dated apartment 😊

I would give between 3 and 4 rating - it's good. The staff on arrival were lovely, the gardens and surrounds are well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom unit, yes it's older style but with everything you could need (including a/c). Cleanliness seems good until you look under the furniture and couch cushions (was looking for a missing earring). Our cutlery drawer was hard to close and there are some minor maintenance issues (due to age). Wifi is only in the reception area, so we didn't use it (just used our phones). Location is great. 700m downhill to Hastings St and the beach, That of course, means 700m up hill to get back. It wouldn't suit my elderly parents, but was fine for us. BWS on the next block and a hotel for reasonably priced meals (didn't try) is a bonus. A couple of blocks in the opposite direction of the beach is Coles, IGA and heaps of shops and restaurants. There is also night markets on a Friday night (mostly food vans). The Landcruiser we had didn't clear the car park, but finding roadside parking wasn't difficult. I think it's a definite option for a future stay.

Two bedroom apartment for 4 adults and a 9 year old which was good. Nice apartment with cooking and laundry facilities. Good pool area although the stone flooring makes it a little difficult getting into the pool. A few sun beds but not in the sun for long, also has a good BBQ which we often used and no other users which made it nice. Not far from Noosa central shop/restaurant area as well as the beach which is really good. One draw back is the steep hill getting back to apartment. WI-FI only available in reception and pool area which did not go down well with the 9year old.

The price you pay is an indication of the resort. The rooms are large but are in need of a refresh and modernising. There was no fly screens on windows or the balcony doors. The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy. The Lagoon pool is nice(pool bar not operational), the second pool is smaller and nice. There’s a ping pong table, pool table and video arcade machine plus vending machine. It is a short walk down the hill to Hastings St and Noosa main beach, the Noosa Reef Hotel is just across the street.

Well our family of 4 was about to spend 8 days here, in anticipation of our arrival we were a little nervous. Why because it was kind of cheaper then most in the area. But we needn't have worried. We had a two bedroom room unit that was spacious , extremely clean and well presented. The lounge was comfy with plenty of couch space for us and two teenage boys too. Although the apartments were not palatial or luxurious they were still spacious and lacked nothing. The kitchen and in room laundry amenties were excellent for our extendeed time here. Each room was airconditioned and our room had a lovely balcony (2nd floor) overlooking the smaller of the two pools. This area was much quieter than the main pool area which suited us alot. The grounds and pool areas were extremely well kept and also spotless, a credit to the people that look after these areas. The hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk from Noosa Junction and its shops, cafes and supermarkets and not much further to Noosa fantastic Hastings St. My only minor gripes are that there is no lift access to your level and that if you have an SUV or 4WD with roof surfboards your car parking access may be limited as the ceiling height is a mere 1.9 metres in some areas.

We stopped here for 2 nights in a studio room, yes very basic. Bathroom a bit dated and the shower not a great lot of water pressure. Main problem was the lights from the stairwell shone into the room the whole night so it was never dark. Also take note that if you are on the 3rd floor there is no elevator therefore if you have loads of luggage you have to drag it up the stairs. The other thing I didn't like was the rooms overlooking the pool so you could open your sliding doors and curtains as others from other rooms could see into your room. The pool area is lovely - shame the bar in the middle doesn't operate, would have been lovely having a cocktail whilst floating in the pool.

We stayed here to attend a wedding in September It was great as had parking Easy to find Beautiful pools and spa Quiet location on top of the hill BWS - alcohol shop was a minute from the hotel making it easy to grab a bottle of champagne and head to the spa with plastic wine glasses they provided We enjoyed the scenic stroll into town down the hill Our room was a studio small but fine for the short type of stay 2 nights for a couple Very affordable ! For Noosa prices !! We had a little private courtyard to relax in Only gripe you had to walk into town for a real coffee but later heard the hotel across the road had a cafe

I loved my three day stay in this super friendly resort, perfectly located on Noosa Hill. Its not five star, but these big comfy apartments, situated in lovely tropical gardens, are really good value, right in the centre of this expensive resort town. It's an easy walk in one direction to Noosa's famous main beach, or in the other direction to the cafes and shopping in Noosa Junction, or walk up the hill to the National Park lookout. From there, leave a few hours for the easy walk along stunning coastal tracks to the surf beach and cafes at Sunshine Beach. Wonderful stay, friendly staff. I loved this place. Thanks
