Reception hours closing at 6:00pm on a Friday evening was surprising. The room smelt upon entering. The shower head would not stay in position and would flop down instantly making a shower almost impossible. There was no shower mat provided. The industrial sized air conditioner unit in the kitchen was noisy. The room was old and outdated. I have insect bite marks on my arm after sleeping in the bed. We won’t be staying here again.

The rooms were covered in mould. The bedroom was small and needs fixing. Black tape down side of windows to block out sun in the gap of the roller blind. Ceiling fan legal height?? Bathroom! Well I couldn’t do my hair without hitting my elbow on the entry door (needed to be open due to smell and size)or the shower door. Good points kitchen, dinning area and lounge was lovely and balcony was ok with a view. The reception hours were standard working hours so not sure if they are appropriate for an accommodation venue. It’s called a resort unsure how it is a resort.

I really enjoyed staying here, a short walk to the junction and probably around 700 metres to beach / Hasting street. Noosa at a fraction of the price. We stayed in one of the apartments near the back (smaller) pool I really liked it there. We were on the first level. There is an underground carpark (which has a low roof) which meant we couldnt drive our car close to our apartment when surfboards were on the roof. Despite being peak season there was only one occasion when we couldnt get a park (in the high roofed area). There are no lifts and quite a few stairs which didnt present a problem for us. I would easily stay here again in a heart beat. The apartments are large and comfortable. Not necessarily modern but fantastic anyhow. They have a full kitchen and also a laundry. Would recommend this place if you are on a budjet.

This was a really comfortable apartment. Loved having the washer and dryer. Pool area is nice. It's on the bus route and only a $6.00 cab ride to the Hastings Street action. The only negative is there is no WiFi in the apartments. You have to go to the lobby and pool area to use your computer. I don't know about you? But this totally blew my mind...

Yet again we had a wonderful time at this hidden jewel. Sue and Sandra, the front of house staff, are always so lovely and helpful which makes your stay so pleasant. The resort itself is spacious and impeccably maintained. Our room had been completely refurbished since we were there 8 months before. I can definitely recommend this resort and we will be back in August. Part of its charm for us is it’s 5 mins walk from the craziness of Hastings St. So nice to just have the tranquility we enjoyed.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment overlooking smaller pool. Spacious and clean but not very cosy (lights too bright) and kitchen a bit basic and in need of updating. Surprised there was no wifi in the apartment (only available in reception area). 15 min walk to beach, short walk to supermarket and restaurants.

We booked into here after looking at the photos thinking it would be top notch, when we arrived our room was very out dated, and a little bit dirty although the bed, shower and toilet was clean - and that's the main thing! The kitchen was mostly clean but a few crumbs and stuff in draws which made us not want to use the utensils.. they need to change the curtains in the room as every time you touch them they would stain your clothes with grey stuff or white powder, easily fixed by opening them once and not touching them again. The pools though were beautiful! They sparkled and were very inviting, even at a perfect temperature! Location was good, 10minute walk into Noosa Heads, mostly downhill but that does mean walking back up the hill to get home. Service at the front desk was great! Full of information, helpful and polite. Will we stay again? Yes I would as there's not much for this price so close to Noosa Heads.. I'd just request a more dated apartment 😊

I would give between 3 and 4 rating - it's good. The staff on arrival were lovely, the gardens and surrounds are well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom unit, yes it's older style but with everything you could need (including a/c). Cleanliness seems good until you look under the furniture and couch cushions (was looking for a missing earring). Our cutlery drawer was hard to close and there are some minor maintenance issues (due to age). Wifi is only in the reception area, so we didn't use it (just used our phones). Location is great. 700m downhill to Hastings St and the beach, That of course, means 700m up hill to get back. It wouldn't suit my elderly parents, but was fine for us. BWS on the next block and a hotel for reasonably priced meals (didn't try) is a bonus. A couple of blocks in the opposite direction of the beach is Coles, IGA and heaps of shops and restaurants. There is also night markets on a Friday night (mostly food vans). The Landcruiser we had didn't clear the car park, but finding roadside parking wasn't difficult. I think it's a definite option for a future stay.

Two bedroom apartment for 4 adults and a 9 year old which was good. Nice apartment with cooking and laundry facilities. Good pool area although the stone flooring makes it a little difficult getting into the pool. A few sun beds but not in the sun for long, also has a good BBQ which we often used and no other users which made it nice. Not far from Noosa central shop/restaurant area as well as the beach which is really good. One draw back is the steep hill getting back to apartment. WI-FI only available in reception and pool area which did not go down well with the 9year old.

The price you pay is an indication of the resort. The rooms are large but are in need of a refresh and modernising. There was no fly screens on windows or the balcony doors. The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy. The Lagoon pool is nice(pool bar not operational), the second pool is smaller and nice. There’s a ping pong table, pool table and video arcade machine plus vending machine. It is a short walk down the hill to Hastings St and Noosa main beach, the Noosa Reef Hotel is just across the street.
