Spinnaker Seas #2 will comfortably sleep up to 5 guests in a Queen, double & single making it perfect for a small family or couple. Key features include TV, Wi-fi, state-of-the-art appliances including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, plantation shutters, ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms and a spacious wrap-around balcony with private BBQ. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with minimal steps, offers a lock up garage and security entrance door. The Spinnaker Seas complex has a pool and is located only 100 metres to Kings Beach, voted number one beach by Surf Life Saving Queensland in 2015.
