Bli Bli Suites

Always a good option for my Sunshine Coast stays. Comfortable, clean and good location with restaurant in the building. Shower pressure is very poor and not hot enough which is a consistent problem at this invited.

It doesn’t have a king bed it is two singles pushed together and one of them has a broken leg and wasn’t very comfortable. Freezer did not work. Bed could’ve been a bit cleaner was a bit dusty car park was so confusing

Facility was great, however let down by service issues - things that should be standard in a facility as good as this -- no toilet paper, needed some extra towels, a box of tissues - would have been good to have a small microwave or a toaster

I had just sold my home and needed a few days of transition while completing the last of packing and heading off on holiday overseas. This accommodation was a perfect location, with easy access to all the different directions I needed to go in over those days. Easy to walk to for a variety of food options, and a walk on the beach. Highly recommended.

The bed base wheel was broken. Which meant the bed was on a slope. The bases of the twin beds did not match. Bed matress was uncomfortable and well passed its used by date. Doona was stained and also passedi ts used by date. Toilet seat also needs fixing as it moves. Obviously cleaner is nor reporting these issues. It was very disappointing.

This accomodation was very nice - clean, tasteful decor, spacious, airy balcony, nice bathroom, good location to cafes/shops/restaurant below. The Smart TV connected to Netflix and YouTube. I liked the self check-in process and it was very convenient having a lift from the shops/ground level to the hotel level. We had some trouble finding the Carpark but it you put in the Bli Bli Bottle-O, the carparks are right behind the drive thru area. Overall, no major issues and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A little hiccup with check in..

We stayed here just the week before and it was very nice. Everything went very well from check in to check out. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. However this time we didn't have such a good check in experience. We understood we could check into the suites from 2pm. When we didn't receive our code to release our key, a little after 3pm I sent a message to the number to ask when the room would be available. I didn't receive a reply, so I sent another text to the number about half hour later and still no reply. Then I tried calling the number but it didn't accept voice calls. So now I went to Hotels.com to see where I could contact somebody to find out about getting into our room. I spoke to a young lady who was amazed that I hadn't received the code, she then sent me the msg with what we needed to access the room. It was after 4pm that we actually got into the room.

The room was spacious and very clean. Only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the fact that there were no black tea bags. It only had green tea and coffee. I was hanging out for a cup of tea when we checked in.

Quiet, clean, spacious.

Very happy with the location, near the airport, meals available 1floor down. Perhaps an option of regular tea would be nice, there was only green tea. Will certainly stay here again.
