We have stayed here many times. We usually get a deluxe four bedroom villa. These villas are really small homes, with double garages, full kitchen and laundry and spacious bedrooms, with a bathroom per bedroom. The villa we had last time, was over 3 floors, and three living areas - one of which was attached to our main bedroom. Just brilliant. A fabulously air conditioned gym that would greatly benefit from the addition of a bench and free weights. Aesthetically you could be fooled into thinking this is just a pile of holiday apartments crammed into the rainforest, but get inside and inspect the accommodation. I think its better than a lot else in Noosa. BUT THE OTHER STRENGTH OF THIS RESORT LIES IN ITS STAFF. We had an unfortunate problem with one of our daughters whilst we were there in December, just before Christmas. The staff sprang into action to help us. From TJ and her fabulous housekeeping team, to Sam and the reception staff. These are lovely lovely people. We will never stay anywhere else. I should mention that we used to own one of the Viriadian Noosa Residences next door. Same architect and spacious design, but we sold it and now stay here. Fabulous location, and you won't do better if travelling with a family. Well done team.

We came for the Cup Day weekend / Noosa triathlon and had a great few days . Pool areas very small but we were lucky and always got chairs . Located up a hill which may be a nuisance for some although we enjoyed the walking. Only a few minutes to the start of the stunning national park walks and Hasting St . Room very nice - but make sure to ask for a view .

Great setting and thank goodness for the complimentary buggy rides back up the hill after a trip to Hastings street. Great pool for the whole family. Portion sizes at the on site restaurant were a joke but lesson learnt on day one so we did not revisit. oh and bring your own coffee pods! You have to pay for any extras past the first 2, not impressed especially at the price point of the hotel.

Perfect location, lovely rooms & phenomenal staff. Right in the heart of everything, not too far for little legs to walk to the beach & Hasting St shops/restaurants. Two pools to choose from & The View restaurant at the resort quite delicious.

Stunning resort! Super friendly, helpful & professional staff!! They thought of everything!! Will one hundred percent be going back and will be reccomending to our family and friends. Restaurant food was also delicious!! Best meals I’ve had in a long time!

Good Hotel, great location defiantly stay again, but staff need improving in the reception area, very rude didn't like to help, not friendly at all . issue with New Years day cleaning, for the price we pay for that night we expect our room to be cleaned

we took a last minute booking in the height of the holiday season. the room was not in the best location , very noisy as opposite to Reception. it would have been good to have been told of this before confirming the booking. The resort however is in an excellent location and the buggy option was well received. We booked for a third person, as allowed, in the room, However there was no third chair placed on the deck. I realise this was a double room, however the booking allows for a third person. The Breakfast option was great value and the food was excellent.

This great hotel is a short distance from the lovely town of Noosa. Everything about the hotel is of great quality but presented in an informal way. Every member of staff was extremely warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the food was particularly good.

Overall my experience wasn’t fantastic. The rooms were dirty, mold on the ceiling, stains on the furniture and dirty toilets. I wasn’t happy with the rooms or view, being situated in a carpark wasn’t very nice really. The service was great and after A FEW times going to “The View” we enjoyed selected foods.

Great location and very good accommodation. Perfect family environment. Housekeeping were great, they even took my baby bottles out of the dishwasher to air dry. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. This was our second stay and we will be coming back. There is something for everyone.
