Doskonała obsługa i szybki oraz rzeczowy kontakt z klientem na wszystkich etapach uzgadniania przyjazdu i zameldowania. Kontakt również w języku polskim. Duża chęć pomocy i zapewnienia gościom maksymalnego komfortu. Dogodnie zlokalizowane biuro w Słonecznym Brzegu przy przystanku autobusowym (Sunny Beach, 8240 Slanchev Bryag, Bułgaria) obsługujące wiele różnych apartamentów. Bezproblemowe i punktualne zdanie kluczy i odebranie kaucji. Kaucja możliwa do zostawienia w gotówce albo poprzez blokadę na karcie kredytowej. Każdy klient otrzymywał zestaw higieniczny zawierający jednorazowe rękawiczki i maseczkę oraz żel dezynfekujący. Bardzo wygodny apartament. Czysto. Pościel i ręczniki zapewnione.
