Staff are PROUD to work there. Every single person was doing their job and happy to do it. Never seen this before, even overseas travel. Hot chocolate in the lobby with whipped cream, loved it. Even the Breakfast Lady recognized me a day later and with eyes twinkling and easy comment. Every hotel should be run this eloquently. Customer service was not just a “slogan”, it was a consistent, lovely, genuine feeling. Amazing.

Nice hotel and confortable beds. Got in around midnight and by 8:30 am the cleaning staff was vacuuming rooms near mine. They were noisy and loud, disrespectful to your guests. Coffee is not an option after the dinning closes, it's a disappointment.
