A beautifully appointed home with all the amenities you will need to have an enjoyable vacation. The first thing you will notice is that this is a big property. Huge... (just over an acre). One of the largest in Sugarloaf Shores. There is a considerable buffer between this property and the neighbor's. Unlike just about every house in the Florida Keys, you have elbow room like you have never experienced down here. Bring your cars, boats, trailers and jet skiis. Plenty of room for them all. We have room for them all. From the quality of the furnishings, to the gourmet kitchen, to the heated pool, to the 450-foot seawall surrounded by tropical waters, you have the choice of doing everything or nothing at all. We visited in February— the weather was perfect, and the house was great!
Patrick keeps the place stocked with everything you need: pantry items, paper products, cleaning supplies, even sunscreen and sunglasses. We really enjoyed cooking on the high end appliances, swimming in the heated pool, using the kayaks and bikes, and sitting out on the lounge chairs. The house is close to Key West and Big Pine Key, and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. Next time we’re in the Keys, we will absolutely stay here again!
We had a very relaxing month long visit. Our two families were easily accommodated with plenty of leg room. We loved having a table we could all eat together at and still have a puzzle and crafts setup on another table. This home is setup well for entertaining. We thought we would miss the sunsets but caught many from the backside of the wraparound porch. The gorgeous view and constant breeze from the porch was a favorite morning tradition of ours. The kids loved the pool, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing from the sea wall. Our dog was also very happy to have plenty of room to stretch her legs and chase iguana, gecko and land crabs.

An Expansive Property with Privacy and Views
We spent 2 months at Patrick’s house and enjoyed every moment. The house is quite large and very well equipped. The pool was a big bonus as the weather got warmer. This is a great place for a family to enjoy the Lower Keys. Patrick was a very attentive host.
