Excellent service and ammenities. We enjoyed our stay, very personable resort and we took pleasure in getting to know the other patrons at the pool. The Resort is in the perfect central location, we travelled to both Islamorada and Key West a couple of days. A fishing charter picked us up right at the Resort dock. We took our catch down to Kiki's and they cooked it up for us. Also, nightly live entertainment at Kiki's just down the road.

We had a great one night stay on our way back home from Key West. The grounds are very well tended. Very pet friendly. Bring your boat. Breakfast was good. Has laundry facilities. I only had two complaints, the ceiling fan didn't work and the tub was a little slippery. Great little bar and grill right down the road, bring your vehicle tag and get a discount. But we would be back.

The room was definitely neglected. The pictures on the site were very deceiving to what we received and we were upgraded! The floors were so dirty we walked on towels so we didn’t go to bed with black feet. The boarded up door that separated our room with another guest room looked terrible. The shower head was so powerful it pelted our skin. The shower curtain (plastic) didn’t fit the shower so it blew in the room and water went everywhere. It wasn’t a resort by any means

It said breakfast included in the booking details, but upon arrival there was a fee for that and incidentals plus water craft which we didn't need. Also separate building from the main ones across the street, which seemed unusual. Clean though and friendly staff.

Wonderful!!!

This place is amazing! Crazy comfortable beds to the point that I want to ask what kind of mattresses they have. The amenities and view are incredible and I highly recommend getting the 2-Queen room with 2 levels/2 terraces! We watched the storm and lightening roll in and the breeze at night felt amazing. Full kitchen and living room on 1st floor and spiral staircase to bathroom/beds upstairs. We felt like royalty or drug kingpins LOL; this was unlike anything else we’ve stayed at! I would say the literal only downside is the musty smell, but you get used to it and that’s pretty common down here with older buildings, the humidity, etc.
