The property was not suitable for staying in and I would not recommend it to anyone unfortunately. A smell of food and cigarettes permeated everything. Shower or bath was not suitable for anyone to use. The first room I was assigned didn't have light bulbs, nor power in the sockets. The second room I was assigned had a leaky faucet and broken window handle. The couches within the rooms gave a certain smell of unclean. Save yourself trouble and book elsewhere if staying in Stuttgart.

Had room on top floor. Was noisy on the street all night, rooms are not soundproof at all. Additional fees at check-in are overpriced. Room was not as pictured in the photos. No balcony. Chairs are worn out. I was disappointed.

Direkt v.Flugh.in 45 Min.erreichbar,Supermarkt nebenan Zi.41 im 4.Stock,Aufzug kaputt,Rezeptionist half m.Koffer, Zi.hatte Dachschräge u.kl.Balkon,Ablagefläche inkl.Tel.sehr staubig,Matratze angenehm,Polster fast keine Füllung,Lampe bei Bett war sehr schlecht befestigt,hing quasi an seidenem Faden,funktionierte aber,kl.Kühlschrank war Vorteil,nicht genug Kleiderhaken vorhanden,Ausblick schön,leider war Heizung noch nicht eingeschaltet,obwohl es schon sehr kalt war Bad:unangenehme Gerüche,hatte keine Dusche,sondern Minibadewanne,die in Eck gepfercht war,duschen sehr schwierig,keine Duschstange,nur Brausekopf neben Armatur,war sehr unpraktisch,alles sehr beengt,hinaussteigen war auch schwer,weil man fast in der Toilette gestanden ist Badheizkörper nicht dicht,auch die Armatur v.Waschbecken war nicht ganz dicht Zimmerservice:am 1.Tag wurde überhaupt nichts gemacht,habe mich beschwert,habe nachgefragt,ob man das „Bitte Zimmer aufräumen“ Schild unbedingt hinhängen muss,Antwort war:„wäre besser“,habe ich am nächsten Tag gemacht,da waren die Mistkübel entleert,aber Bett nicht gemacht,u.Schild hing auch noch draußen,mir wurde gesagt,diese beiden Tätigkeiten werden von unterschiedlichen Personen ausgeführt,kein Kommentar…nochmal beschwert,dann klappte es (war aber insgesamt nur 3 ganze Tage dort) Frühstück,15 EUR,Raum war definitiv nicht der auf den gezeigten Bildern,war im UG u.relativ klein,Essensauswahl war ok,Wurst,Käse,Cerealien,Jourgebäck,Süßes,gute Teeauswahl

Twin room stay

Pleasant twin room on second floor overlooking the back of the shops/restaurants on the next road. No kettle, but had one delivered with 2 glasses !! No a/c but had balcony/door to let air in. Car park at the rear of the hotel found it by accident but then very easy to get into the hotel. Not many restaurants around.

The property is basic, as are the rooms. No kettle in the room (asked for one, never arrived), bathroom door lock fitted the wrong way round, so it locks from the outside, and stiffling hot at night with the added bonus of no air-conditioning.
