Will definitely stay here again.
Great location and pleasant staff. We stayed a few nights for opening deer season.
Great location. Friendly staff but outdated property. Rooms need upgrades. Room was not well insulated from noise. Doors opening/slamming in the hallway were loud. Shower/toilet running in the room next door were loud. People tromping around in the room above us were loud. If you want a good night’s sleep, would not recommend a ground floor room.
It was a great place overall. The workout room was too small and only had a treadmill, elliptical and one other machine. It felt like it was in an old storage closet. Also the style was pretty dated. When we got to our room the door to the porch was unlocked and it was ground level. We checked and cleared the room but it was odd. It was in a great location however. The price was a little high considering it could use some updating.
Best price for a large room with a firdplace and hot tub plus breakfast. The bed was firm the hot tub was excellent.
Very nice accommodations. The hotel staff was always great and very attentive to everyone’s needs. The breakfast was excellent above and beyond the basic continental breakfast. The restaurant and bar was very inviting and warm. The bar tender and waitstaff were excellent. Very good locyabd quiet. I recommend the top suite .
this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Extremely dated, looked like a college dorm from the 80's and was over priced. We had not been to Door county so we didn't know. There are lots of wonderful places to say if you book ahead we discovered for the same or even less than the outrageous price we paid per night.
Stayed here as a kid on family vacations in the 60's and the property has been kept up very well. Very clean and comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Would certainly stay here again.
Room was nice and had some updates. It was very cold when we got there and took a very long time to warm up, most of the night. Overall seemed very nice, really liked the fireplaces in the lobby and hallways. Convenient location right on the channel.
The staff there is wonderful! Friendly and so helpful. They are so knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. The food in the restaurant was very good also.
But was. Charged for 2 nights, very disappointed not to get not getting credit for 2 nights (72 hour check out rule) I will not use Orbitz to schedule again.
The room and tv were very outdated. There were sheer curtains on the door to the patio, and our room faced the parking lot.
