Pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance with no advance notice. Heater unit in room didn’t work very well. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, except to sleep and shower, so was acceptable, but no frills!

When we returned we came out of the below zero weather to find that our room heat had not been turned on and the temperature in the room was below 50 degrees. No problem with the staff. We had an issue with the door to our room. When the door was closed there was a crack big enough to see out into the hall meaning someone in the hall could have seen into our room. We also were locked into our room for about 10 minutes as the chain lock was kinked in a way that would not allow us to pull it far enough to unlock it.
