Stratton Comfort, Convenience & Private Hot Tub

Styles Brook Townhome offers a great layout and convenient mountain location. 15-minute walk or quick shuttle ride to the slopes or dinner in the village. This is our personal happy place that we maintain and keep extremely clean so your family can enjoy it as much as we do.

Main living space has large dining area, cozy living room, well stocked kitchen, half bath, and mud room. Access to the new, expanded deck with six person hot tub direct from the living room.

Head upstairs for the private primary suite with full bathroom. This is not a loft like many other units in the area, this is a true bedroom.

Downstairs from the entry level you will find two large bedrooms. One with a comfortable king bed. The other with a cozy Queen, plus a day bed that can open to two twins, and a child pullout couch. Also a full bathroom on this level and walkout to the rear patio.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Stayed over President’s weekend for a ski trip with our kids. The unit was well maintained and had ample space. The location was excellent with a super convenient shuttle straight to the base of the mountain. We would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic, Cozy Stay

We had a wonderful time at Ray's condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, convenient and cozy spot to spend some time at Stratton. The condo is immaculate, very well located and was a great place to spend some quiet nights enjoying time by the fire. Communication and help from Ray was exceptional and provided such peace of mind as we arrived with our three young children. Thanks so much!

Quiet, Clean, and Convenient

My wife and our two children stayed here over Christmas and New Years and it was exactly what we hoped for: plenty of space, clean, quiet and the shuttle bus is very convenient. Would stay again. Ray is super responsive and a great host. Thanks!
