In the heart of downtown Strasbourg, the PLEYEL apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.



❄️ The accommodation is equipped with mobile air conditioners in the living room and in both bedrooms. Under normal conditions of use (doors and windows closed), they generally allow lowering the indoor temperature by approximately 5°C to 7°C compared to the outdoor temperature, thus significantly improving comfort during periods of intense heat.

Traveler Access

Since November 22nd Street is pedestrian-only, you can access the building by car only at certain times (from 6am to 11am).

In the immediate vicinity (approximately 100 meters) is the public parking lot "indigo KLEBER". This parking lot is in the city center, it is convenient for 1 or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours! You also have the option to park at the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert parking lots (approximately 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI parking lot (approximately 900 meters) which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.

Transportation

The apartment is close to public transportation (bus and tram) which will allow you to move around the city very easily. There are two tram stops near the apartment: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F) and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).

🍼 The apartment has a crib as well as a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing a maximum of 15 kg and under 3 years old). Don't forget to bring bedding for the crib, the mattress size is 60x120cm or book the "crib bedding" option as an extra.



🛏️ Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you will be able to reserve a "double bed" option for €30 per doubled bed, so that the 2 single beds transform into a double bed, with a double stacked mattress and a double duvet.



House Rules:

🚭This residence is smoke-free. It is prohibited to smoke cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15 kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



🧹Bed sheets and bath towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes sheet changes, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the interior of the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can request before your arrival a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 will be charged to you for cleaning fees.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum duration of 8 nights, a complete cleaning during the stay, with linen change, is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (except Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated to us by email before your arrival, it will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not wish this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded.



🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book before the stay a "cleaning during the stay" option, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, on prior reservation.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
