The hotel is in a great location for the old part (Petit France) of the city, all historic and tourist areas are within easy walking distance. If driving, the entrance is a bit challenging and through a pedestrian area. Car parking is good but make sure you reserve your space. The hotel is fabulous and very well appointed. The food and bars are good with great seating if you arrive early enough. There is an open area overlooking the river with seating for breakfast, meals and casual drinks. Food is very good and the breakfast buffet extensive although not international and all high fat and carbs. The staff are great, the hotel is clean and everyone cheerful and helpful.
Unbeatable location, right at the Petite France area, a few steps from the “moving” bridge, about 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral and lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bakeries around it. Very fast check in-out with informative staff and very friendly bell boys. Spotless large luxurious room and bathroom with delightful toiletries. Very high speed internet, even with 2 gadgets. Breakfast at the restaurant, sitting by the window with nice views; food was excellent with a variety of hot-cold meals and also with delicious shrimps and salmon! (There is an annex which has views of the river). I would definitley recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is amazing! Its' a lovely hotel ,the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were really nice especially the breakfast staff and valet. If you want to be close to town this is the place to stay.
We had no idea until checkout that the parking was €30 a day. We felt we should have been informed of that at check-in. Air conditioning also not very good, however they offered a fan which helped some.
Positives: - Decor - Nice room - Friendly breakfast and reception staff - Nice views from terrace Negatives: - 5:45am until 7am wake up calls by bin lorries outside - Hot tub out of use in spa - Needlessly expensive breakfast - Case took 30 mins to arrive to room after check in so we were waiting around after a day of travelling to hotel. - Rude waiter in restaurant. Us at 21:20: Hello are you still serving food? Waiter: You want a table? Us: Yes please for 2 Waiter: Have you got a reservation? Us: No we haven't - (waiter cuts us off) Waiter: We are full (he walks off) Us: *looks around restaurant* : EMPTY - No customers. Us: confirms with reception next day that restaurant is open and food served until 22:00. We would understand if it was busy but he seemed like he couldn't be bothered with us and was just rude. We went to Le Lokhär around the corner instead which was perfect and we would recommend👌 Hotel is 3.5 out of 5 stars in our opinion.
My family of 4 adults and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. In general, excellent location and Friendly staff. When we checked in there were No complementary fruit or water, upon our request, the hotel provided our rooms with those items next day to the last day of our stay. The first 2 nights we stayed at 2 rooms, i.e. #405 and #406. My wife and I stayed at Room #405. Some areas of room #405 were Not safe to walk freely while in a complete stand posture, neither was the Bath-Tub (Pictures attached), due to inclinations of low-height walls in some sides of the room and the Bath-Tub. Actually, it was the Roof. My wife and I accidentally struck our heads several times on those walls in some locations, for example while taking our clothes of our Suitcases. For the Bath-tub and due to Wall-inclination, available space to take shower, standing of course, was less than 60 Square Centimeters. I also accidentally struck my head while intending to use the Bath-Tub. In addition, going down from rooms #405 and #406 to reception was Not at all smooth. Right after we checked in to our rooms, we reported above observations to Front Desk employees requesting relocation to better rooms, but they said the hotel was fully booked. Next day, I had a chance to have an excellent conversation with Executive Assistant Anne Schmidt who was really very attentive and concerned wanting to implement immediate actions. We really appreciate efforts and actions done by Ms. Anne to relocate us in the Third Night to Better rooms and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you, Anne. We would go back to this hotel but of course Not to Room #405.
Fantastic hotel. Room spacious and comfortable with all you can dream of. Very good deal the price. It is holyday already in the hotel. The view from the room was outstanding!! Super suggested!!! We will be back for sure!!
...the bathtub / "shower." The sloped ceiling in our 3rd floor bathroom was angled inward so steeply there is no way to stand straight up unless you are < 4 ft tall. There is no actual shower head. Instead, a handheld wand in the wall (or you could take a bath - no thanks to that.) Never have taken a more uncomfortable shower hunched over before. The sloped ceiling continues in the main sleeping area of this room reducing the usable space - after bumping your head a couple times, you get used to it. A cheap plastic coffee maker didn't puncture the coffee capsules, it just smashed & mangled them, thus brewing a cup of hot water. Not sure why, but the maid service placed the smashed capsules back in with the new ones? I gave up and got my morning cup elsewhere. After checking in, and half-way to our room, we were told, "...oh, the elevator only goes to the second floor, and you have to get off to take a spiral staircase to the third floor..." We were being warned what was coming, we just didn't know it at the time. On a positive note, the location is good, and the main lobby is nice. Lots of nearby restaurants. Some might find this room quaint and charming. For us, we paid way too much for sour, not suite...
It was a short two days at Strasbourg.. and short two days at this nice hotel .. first of all .. we got confused with the entrance to the hotel where you need to have a special code to open the security gate .. and the navigation always guide us to the wrong gate .. however, the hotel .. the staff .. the location were perfect .. you don’t need your car .. all you need is getting ready for a walk.. I will absolutely come back
