Near the Center of Strasbourg, my apartment is very well placed for visits to the city center, easily accessible by car or public transport. Close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! On a business trip, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the administrative center of the CUS and the NHC, in the heart of the Rive-Etoile district.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a new and secure residence.
An underground parking space will be available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.
This wonderful apartment is composed of a spacious bedroom, with a double bed.
The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and a washer-dryer machine.
A living room/kitchen/meal space composed of a lounge area, with its comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 people) and flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a central island for meals. (Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine)

Das absolute Plus war die schöne große Terrasse und die Lage der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Das absolute Minus war die (Bett-)Couch im Wohnraum: Sobald sich zwei Personen auf die Couch setzen, rutscht die Sitzfläche sofort nach vorne weg.
Die Abwicklung der Wohnung lief über insgesamt 6 unterschiedliche Firmen bzw. Domänen. Die Angaben waren alle stimmig und die Abwicklung verlief problemlos.
Die Wohnungsbeschreibung war in Deutsch - Verträge in Englisch - jeder weitere Schriftverkehr in Französisch.
Zur Wohnung gehörte ein großer, behindertengerechter Stellplatz, allerdings ohne direkten Zugang zum Haus.
Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und absolut ruhig gelegen.

Zentral und hell
Eine schöne kleine Wohnung, sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alls da, was man braucht. Lage ist super. Haltestellen für die Straßenbahn nur 5 Min. entfernt. Wir sind meist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen. Beschreibung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur waren topp!
