Sehr schönes im Park gelegenes Schlosshotel. Saubere ruhige Zimmer, auch wenn die Innenausstattung etwas antik ist, einfach sehr gemütlich. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frischen Produkten.

We stayed at the Hôtel Château de l'Ile for 2 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was on the first floor, facing the river, and was very quiet and calm. The hotel staff were responsive and helpful. We found our room to be spacious and comfortable and while the decor is a bit dated, we think it adds to the chateau's charm. The Tesla Destination Charger was also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel outside downtown next to a a park. Beautiful surroundings. Good service from their staff. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was reasonably priced and tasty.

We came to stay for 4 nights/no breakfast over christmas with our 5 and 14 year old kids to escape the usual Uk xmas. We decided to have christmas eve dinner with them for €340 including drinks. None of us ate much from the 3.5 course meal, as most of it was not only bland but a lot of it actually unpleasant in taste! Ive never before experience a meal, where i didn’t like anything. But we had similar experiences with the food in other areas of Strasbourg and Colmar. So it wasnt just the hotel’s restaurant food. The first day we got up early to use the gym - to find out there was none. Better check the facilities properly next time.. The pool and sauna however were excellent. Lucky from the second day onwards the jacuzzi’s heater worked and we could enjoy that too. The beds very massive and comfy. Strasbourg is about 20mins by car. Watch out for speed restrictions in km, as a speeding ticket was send to us in the UK afterwards. Overall I doubt we’ll be visiting Alsace again in a hurry.

Nice Castel hotel

Very nice looking historical Castle hotel. However, little disappointed with the normal interior. Service was nice and could be much better if they invest in matching the interior design with its outstanding exterior.

WOW WOWWWW WOWWWWW!! We loved the hotel! So Beautiful, Amazing Relaxing and so much more! Great service, Great food, Amazing rooms very big and comfortable, Great Air Condition, Wifi and all the facilities was so nice and welcoming. Big swimming pool and Jacuzzi, such a nice location and garden - SO SO SO Beautiful over there the hotel and everything in it. No words can explain, it was so Great!! we will go back there for SURE!
