We found this place a real great hotel.. Not far from the train station it is located above a large shopping centre so you can shop and eat extremely close to the hotel.... Basically underneath it!! The staff. Wow the staff were so so obliging, friendly and so welcoming, thay this hotel is super fortunate have the staff they have.. I can't talk up the staff enough. Highly recommend this hotel for location, price and distance from main attractions.. Ie amazing Gothic Cathedral, Le Petite France.

Easily accessible in a walking distance from many places of interest, friendlyand polite staff .It is located next to a big mall that makes it super convienent for families as they can have access to restaurants ,shops there is even a big supermarket

I stayed two nights with my family, wife and 3 kids. We used two city view rooms. The hotel well located in city center, very near to public transportation and to the most attractions in Strasbourg i.e. Cathedral and many shops and courts. The hotel was very clean, the staff very smiley and polite, the breakfast is unique, the parking slots are very narrow as well as the entrance from the parking to the hotel is not smooth. The hotel is adjacent to mall which gives the guest a chance to shop or eat. Last think, I would be more happy if the room rates are less than what we charged. I paid high summer season rates.

The hotel is situated close to the city center. Walking distance to shops, plenty of restaurants and the key city sights. As a matter of fact the hotel is integrated with a shopping mall. Indoor parking at 20€ a day. Room was small. No coffee machine. Film channel (English language). Decent breakfast with warm and cold assortment. What brings the rating down is the bed and the pillows which are way too firm to our taste.

1. Location very near the historic center 2. Hospitality Front desk.. polite Bar extremely unpolite...at 12 he closed the bar,but didn't ask before for the last order 3.Food Breakfast terrible...how is possible in France to cannot find any vegetable at the breakfast? 4.Cleanliness Terrible...at toilet smell a pee like nobody clean around bowl. 5.General Looks very old..need urgent refurbishment...

Ibis nicely located, with direct access by car (though signs are a bit tricky to see at first arrival). Rooms are well furnished and super sound insulated, especially when giving onto the main building. Good breakfast and very helpful lobby personnel.

Well located and walking distance to popular places of the city. There are nice restaurants/bars around the hotel. Very friendly staff. For the first breakfast we had to wait about 15' to be seated, but OK.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay at Novotel during my business trip. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very confortable and the sofa provided some extra relax space. The bathroom was clean and shower big, which is not always a standard for Strasbourg hotels in the centre. What made my stay even nice was a bluetooth speaker to play my music :) Details are indeed what makes a place different. Breakfast provided good variety of choice, I would only appreciate if there were more juice options. In general, I would only recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Strasbourg for a business trip.

Good position close to city centre. Parking available in underground park (not hotels) but be wary if you have a lot of luggage as big heavy fire doors and lack of lift access to all levels mean you need to be fit. Rooms are good, staff are good and hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast is not really up to the price charged. Not sure if it was the date but I found cost for one night and two breakfasts to be very expensive - must be getting their own back for Brexit. OK but watch the pricing.

Friendly staff and service! Always greeted with a smile and warm greeting. Hotel and room were very clean and modern. Hotel was modern and up to date. Hotel was conveniently located to attractions and shopping area
