No towels available anywhere in the building. Woke up at 5.30 by the neighbours arguing…the owner is a nice lady but the place needs freshening up.

The property was in a great lication. Convenient for a good choice of Restaurants and Bars, near to all amenities and on main bus route in to Manchester. Definitely stay here again.

A nice stay... again.

Decent place in a calm neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Got the key via telephone advice of the owner and that worked without a hitch. The room was cleaned, sheets were changed and dishes done every day, which was nice. Can recommend without hesitation.
