Great Beach Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute, clean cottage on the beach. Walkable on beach to downtown Stinson. Second bath a little funky because it is outside of house, but not a big deal.

The house is a truly a cozy beach house and you can't beat the location. We loved being able to bring our dog with us and it made our stay easier to schedule without worrying about finding a house sitter. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, pans, cutlery, etc so cooking was a breeze. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave and temps were 15 degrees above normal which made the house quite warm without having windows that could be opened to try to bring in some breeze at night. Luckily for us, we brought a fan just in case so we could attempt to cool down a bedroom.One other thing to note is that the second bathroom is actually located outside of the main house -- but it is a clean, updated bathroom. All in all, we loved staying here and hope to do it again. Next time, we will check the weather to make sure it is not unseasonably hot during our stay.
