For the most part, it was fine. There were some annoyances though. The hot tub barely had any power in its jets. The internet was wonky - when I first went to sign in, it asked for my last name and room number, but when I went to fill it in, the screen changed and asked for a passcode. I couldn't find anything that told me what the passcode was. I called downstairs three times and no one answered. I finally called tech help. Then, once I was online, it kept shutting down.
