Welcome to Straight Line Suite, a charming one-bedroom condo nestled in the heart of Steamboat Springs. This property is newly introduced to the rental market and is perfect for couples or small families looking to experience the thrill of ski-in/ski-out access while enjoying the comforts of home.

Straight Line Suite features a cozy ambiance with a queen-sized bed, accommodating up to three guests with the sleeper sofa. The living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a fireplace that adds warmth and charm to your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. The property is located on the third floor (no elevator) providing a serene atmosphere and views of the surrounding mountains. NEW - August 2025 - The owners added an AC unit to the bedroom.

Guests will appreciate the shared amenities, including a laundry facility and a communal hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. A ski locker on the ground level means you can store your gear outside the unit and not have to worry about it taking up space in the living area.

For your entertainment, the suite is equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected during your vacation. Safety features such as smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher provide peace of mind.

Located near a variety of attractions, guests can enjoy Straight Line Suite winter or summer! Skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, as well as hiking trails are all available directly from the property, no car needed! Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
