Just steps away from plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as the Rodeo Grounds, Trails on Emerald Mountain, and the beautiful Yampa River. Yampa Street is also the home of our Farmer's Market, from June to September every Saturday

The corner residence boasts open floorplan with urban loft inspired design and enjoys exceptional views of Howelsen Hill. Whether entertaining or being entertained, this space is perfect for groups or family gatherings. The well-appointed kitchen has Viking gas range plus oversized island, the kitchen opens up nicely to the living and dining areas. The living area is well defined with a large plush wraparound sofa, bold and bright area rug and accent furniture create a very warm and inviting space. Enjoy the gas fireplace, in front of the flat screen TV, or just kick back and relax.

In the bedrooms, the primary bedroom features a flat screen TV, and a spacious ensuite with double sinks, a soaking tub and marble tiled shower.
