Walkable to the base of the resort. Large area for meals and gathering and game playing. Great time had by all.

Cozy retreat

I stayed here with my family of four, as well as, my sister-in-law and her two young boys for a week of skiing at Steamboat. The location is a quick 2-3 minute drive from the resort or a 10 minute walk.The property was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all to spread out as needed but also gather together at the dining room table and sunken living room in the evenings.The full-time tenants in the unit below greeted us at arrival and also did a fantastic job of clearing snow from the stairs and driveway each day.Communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful during our stay.A few possible helpful notes: The fireplace gets extremely hot, so if you have smaller children you will have to be mindful not to let them get too close.There are steep stairs between the unit and the driveway, so if you have anyone with mobility issues in your party, you may want to look for another unit to rent.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Steamboat house

Rental was great for our family. Walk to slopes about 10 minutes from house. There are steps so pay attention to the description. Plenty of room on main floor with large dining table and sunken living room with fireplace. Family favorite! Large bedrooms and 3 baths. We so appreciated being able to bring our grand dog. Hosts were great. Had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home.
