Game day weekend
Host was so wonderful. Easiest check-in and check-out I’ve ever had. House is about 15 minute drive from State but big house with big yard. Great for family get together. Also, nice little touches like pastries and fruit on arrival, all the shampoos, soaps, and linens you need. Will definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at this house. The house was very clean and charming and the owner was very nice and helpful. Great proximity to Starkville and MSU which made this perfect for a game weekend. I would definitely recommend this house!

Mrs Cathy was a wonderful heart. She met us, introduced herself and treated us like family. The cottage was clean, and many beautiful rooms with history to enjoy. She provided us with treats, water, ice, and fruit. Exceptional host!

Awesome property for family time
We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Cathy was so awesome helping to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving feast and have a relaxing week. So grateful for everything she did. Location was great for getting to the MSU football game. Thank you so much!

Excellent!
The best parts about this property for us was the location/space and the property manager. Upon arrival the home was cool and inviting. Continental breakfast items were left for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property friendly poperty manager checked on us and helped us maximize our stay. The outdoor space was excellent for our son's graduation bar-b-que. I love that it was kind of in the woods and we did not have to worry about being too loud or bothered by others. I highly recommend this home for any family or group attending a MSU event. It certainly met our needs. Thank you for the great place to stay.

Rustic and charming home! Had a wonderful stay in this historical residence! Cathy, the owner was an absolute pleasure. My favorite was sitting on the deck rocking chair enjoying my coffee (supplied by the home) in the mornings.

Ballgame weekend
We met friends for a football game weekend. The house was exactly as described and perfect for us. Plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Cathy was the sweetest host and provided extras to make our stay extra special. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again
